What we do...
We offer a variety of ways to get connected.
-
Storytelling & Advocacy
We believe stories have power. When immigrants want to share their experiences—to strengthen a legal case, inspire change, or speak to their community—we offer support with writing, translating, and sharing their voice safely and respectfully.
Always free, and always led by the person’s own choice and story.
-
Accompaniment
We offer personal support to immigrants navigating difficult systems—like ICE check-ins, court dates, or legal appointments. Our trained volunteers walk alongside individuals to provide presence, advocacy, and care.
Always free, always with dignity.
-
Faith & Community Building
We create spaces of welcome and healing through prayer, conversation, and community events. From vigils to shared meals, we invite churches and neighbors to walk alongside immigrants with compassion and courage.
Our gatherings are free and open to all who seek dignity and belonging.
Presence - accompanying immigrants to hearings and check-ins when they fear they may be detained and inviting others to see the families impacted.
Amplify - advocating for their voices to be present and valued and partnering with Latino-led groups and organizations to host events that celebrate and strengthen the Latino community.
Tend - facilitating healthy discussion around immigration to overcome biases, while cultivating authentic relationships with Latinos in our community.
Hope - offering support in uncertain times through pastoral, emotional, and practical support.
Who We Are
We are Christ followers in the Greater Cincinnati area who believe that the local church body needs Latinos in order for the church to be whole and achieve all that God has called us to.
